Tubos Vouga – Sistemas de Engenharia, S.A. started up in 1966 as a dedicated scaffolding services-provider to the building and shipyard industries. In the early eighties the company entered into shoring as a major provider to large contractors. Currently, Tubos Vouga is a household name in its field with a large track record in civil works and all sorts of industries.

As a seasoned services-provider that closely follows all technical advances in its field and strives to comply with the highest standards in safety, Tubos Vouga made a name for itself as a leading provider of engineered solutions for a wide range of contractors and industries. Its services comprise facade and industrial scaffolding, shoring, trench, bridge maintenance and a wide array of customized solutions to challenging projects.
 

Tubos Vouga operates nationally and employs some 147 people in its 2 offices in Trajouce (Lisbon) and Paranhos (Porto) and on its 4 warehouses in Trajouce, Paranhos, Figueira da Foz and Algarve. Tubos Vouga has also taken assignments in Spain and Angola and is now looking forward to operate abroad on a regular basis.

The company’s Technical Department is made up by several professionals with solid engineering capabilities honed over many years of working experience with our customers. All kind of complex requirements are recurrently presented to our technical team for analysis and many customized solutions are seldom engineered by them to address specific needs. All engineering tasks including tool designing and calculi are performed in-house.
 

Erected scaffolds are checked for compliance and certified by our Technical Department through weekly on-site inspections.
